立柱式碼桶機(jī)器人碼垛機(jī)的工作原理以及它的特點(diǎn)

本森碼垛機(jī)可根據(jù)不同的產(chǎn)品,設(shè)計(jì)不同類型的機(jī)械抓手,使碼垛機(jī)器人具有效率高,質(zhì)量高,使用范圍廣,成本低等優(yōu)勢(shì),并能很好地完成碼垛工作。

立柱式碼桶機(jī)器人碼垛機(jī)是采用真空吸取型抓手,該抓手適合吸盤吸取的碼放物,如覆膜包裝盒,聽裝啤酒箱,油桶等。該設(shè)備運(yùn)行工作原理與其碼袋碼箱所用抓手工作原理相同。

即包裝好的物料通過輸送機(jī)送至碼垛指定區(qū)定位,立柱機(jī)器人通過各軸配合,將夾具運(yùn)行至物料定位的正上方,當(dāng)物料定位信號(hào)發(fā)出時(shí),夾具通過伺服電機(jī)控制運(yùn)動(dòng)向下,即Z軸向下運(yùn)動(dòng),達(dá)到夾具夾持物料高度時(shí),Z軸停止下降,夾具開啟,夾起物料,Z軸伺服電機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn),將夾具升到安全高度后,通過客戶預(yù)設(shè)程序?qū)⑽锪纤椭链a垛位上方,z軸下降,使物料到達(dá)放置點(diǎn),此時(shí)夾具打開,將物料碼入制定位置,重復(fù)以上動(dòng)作,把整拖碼垛完以后,蜂鳴器報(bào)警,提醒已經(jīng)碼垛完成。叉車將碼垛好的托盤運(yùn)走,放入新的托盤,重新往復(fù)動(dòng)作即可。

立柱式碼桶機(jī)器人碼垛機(jī)的設(shè)備特點(diǎn)同樣為全伺服驅(qū)動(dòng),運(yùn)動(dòng)準(zhǔn)確迅速,配置先進(jìn)、安全可靠、選材精良、經(jīng)久耐用,且結(jié)構(gòu)合理、易于操作及維護(hù)。

That is, the packaged material is sent to the palletizing designated area for positioning

 through the conveyor, and the column robot runs the fixture to the top of the material 

positioning through the cooperation of each axis, when the material positioning signal is 

issued, the fixture is controlled by the servo motor to move downward, that is, the Z-axis

 moves downward, and when the height of the material clamped by the fixture is reached, 

the Z-axis stops falling, the fixture is opened, and the material is clamped, and the Z-axis servo 

motor is reversed, and the fixture is raised to a safe height, and the material is sent to the top 

of the palletizing position through the customer's preset program, and the Z-axis descends, 

so that the material reaches the placement point, At this time, the fixture is opened, the material 

is stacked into the specified position, the above actions are repeated, and after the whole tow is stacked,

 the buzzer alarms to remind that the palletizing has been completed. The forklift transports the palletized pallet, 

puts in the new pallet, and reciprocates.
